Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at lumirasbeauty@gmail.com to initiate a return request. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back to:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened beauty, skincare, or personal care products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

As a beauty and skincare brand, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used, in line with standard Pakistani consumer practice for personal care goods.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status within 2–3 business days. If approved:

  • Online payments (credit/debit card): Refund processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund issued via bank transfer — please provide your account details when contacting us
